DOCTOR: Nah, I’ll fix it, I’m good at fixing rot. Call me the Rot Meister. - no, I’m the Doctor, don’t call me the Rot Meister. This is the most beautiful parlour I have ever seen! You’re obviously a man of impeccable taste. I can say it, Craig, can’t I? Say I can.
CRAIG: You haven’t even seen the room.
DOCTOR: The room?
CRAIG: Your room.
DOCTOR: My room? Oh yes! My room! Take me to my room.5.11 The Lodger
I love this conversation a lot, and a lot of it has to do with the things Matt does with his face (is that a weird thing to confess?). Just look at the way he says “take me to my room” - like he’s marvelling over the fact that he has a room that people have to take him to!
I love the joy in Eleven. It’s understated and adorable.

Rose: I thought you and me were… Well obviously I got it wrong. I’ve been to the year 5 billion but this, this is really seeing the future, you just leave us behind. Is that what you are gonna do to me?
The Doctor: NO. Not to you…I don’t age. I regenerate. But humans decay. You wither and you die. Imagine watching that happen to someone who you…
Rose: what, Doctor?
The Doctor: You can spend the rest of your life with me… But I can’t spend the rest of mine with youAnd this exact moment was when I started loving Rose / Ten. This was the first modern Doctor Who episode I saw. #nostalgia
